What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, telephone number, postcode, and optionally your email address and details about the windows you'd like shuttered. That's it.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, and produce a quotation. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can honour quotes and guarantees. Records relating to completed installations are kept for the length of the guarantee period.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email contact@crispshutters.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
