Quotations
Quotations are free, given in writing after a home survey, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. They are based on the measurements taken at survey and the finish specified.
Orders and manufacture
Shutters are made to measure for your specific openings and are therefore non-returnable once manufacture has begun. Lead times are confirmed on your quotation and are estimates given in good faith.
Installation
We install with our own team and leave your property clean. Access to each window and a reasonable working area is required on the agreed installation date.
Guarantee
Installation is guaranteed by us. Product guarantees vary by range and are stated on your written quotation. Fair wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are excluded.
Cancellation
You have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of placing an order, except where you have asked us to begin manufacture of bespoke goods within that period.
